This unassuming 1950s Lutherville Ranch house was in a perfect location but in need of an extensive renovation for the new large family. A full second floor and garage was built, adding 2400SF. The existing  first was fully renovated as well.

The re-envisioned exterior takes full advantage of the new second floor to transform from nondescript brick Ranch to a stunning French Country Farmhouse. The new large cross gable and front porch are dramatic and welcoming. Wood accents, shingle siding, and board and batten blend seamlessly with the freshly painted brick first floor.
